Return Policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES INFORMATION:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale Items are final.
Purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or ecommerce store credit.
Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items must be clean, undamaged and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks.

OUR QUALITY PROMISE:

If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, submit your request using the Contact Us form on this website and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Return/Exchange slips are included with your shipment. Please return this completed form with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging. Send the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it’s unmarked and appropriately sized / protected). We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Digital Pines Market is not responsible for lost return shipments from customers.

REFUND REQUESTS:

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS:

Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item, we will issue an ecommerce store credit.

Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REPAIRS:

Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns within 14 working days with a full refund minus the shipping for non customized pieces.

Customized items, such as customized initial necklaces or custom sizing pieces( made to order) are not refundable for the full purchase price.

Any repair needed due to regular wear and tear, we’ll be happy to repair the item free of charge within 5 months of the purchase date. You will need to pay for the shipping to Digital Pines Market and we will return it free of costs.
Repairs after the fifth month purchase will incur a cost depending on the time and materials needed to repair it.
